The Challenge
A C-suite forum, far from home.
The edotco Leadership Group (eLG) Forum is an annual two-day conference that brings ambassadors from different countries together at a selected edotco tower, combining panel discussions with retreat activities like sightseeing, tours and team-building, while edotco addresses C-suite executives on organisational direction and market innovation.
The Solution
Every detail, every step.
ROOTS travelled to Colombo, Sri Lanka to manage logistics and backend organisation for more than 80 senior delegates, coordinating with travel agencies on custom itineraries and bookings, and managing the minute details every step of the way. We selected the right survey platform for travel forms and designed the complete delegate journey from arrival to departure: pickups, transfers and custom tours. We brought familiar Malaysian vendors and creatives, engaged experienced local support, and flew in our AV director to hold the quality bar.
