LG intended to invite the media and influencers to witness the launch of its PuriCare water purifier during the recovery movement control order.
The challenge to launching the product was to virtually engage the public for the first time. Sourcing an ideal venue that is suitable for the live feed was also critical to showcase the product.
With an aim of giving maximum exposure to the PuriCare, it was imperative to keep the audience engaged throughout the event.
A hybrid option was recommended via a live setup with media members and influencers attending an onsite event.
The event was simultaneously broadcasted live via Facebook to engage with the wider audience of over 250,000 LG fans.
The final location of the event took place in a hotel where we built up a dry kitchen counter.

The impact of the event is better than physical ones in the past, where the number of audience to witness the launch is limited to geographical location. This hybrid event provided a fresh approach for any home appliance launch event, since it includes a mix of on-ground and virtual attendance.
