Client Servicing Manager
Key responsibilities:

  • Accountability for the day-to-day execution and management of assigned accounts.
  • Attend and facilitate (as appropriate) all status meetings, client meetings and client calls.
  • Participate in marketing planning and execution of operational/tactical aspects of
    campaigns.
  • Monitor both client and agency budgets, including oversight of campaign costs.
  • Act as a liaison between all departments and the client to ensure a timely completion of projects.

The right candidate should possess:

  • 3 to 4 years’ experience in accounts servicing and/or marketing and/or management consulting.
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral English; Mandarin speaking an advantage.
  • University degree or equivalent in a business discipline or others, not necessarily in mass communications.
  • Excellent organizational, time and self management skills.
  • Detailed orientation, with excellent follow through skills.
  • Strong sense of initiative and ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for learning, working in diverse environment and embrace challenges.

PR Executive (2 positions)
Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement highly creative and strategic PR plans.
  • Work with the servicing team to develop story angles and then actively pursue media to secure press results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the press.
  • Participate in the development of written materials including press releases, contributed articles, speeches, marketing materials and reports.
  • Contribute to new business pitching, creative strategies through participation in research and team discussions.

The right candidate should possess:

  • Strong research and writing skills.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive, with a desire to take ownership of responsibilities and drive results.
  • Independent, able to perform without supervision.
  • Candidate in this knowledge Theoretical/ Practical Understanding of Web/ IT Technologies also encouraged to apply.

Educational Background:

  • Strong research and writing skills

Experience:

  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 1 year of experience in related fields are highly recommended to apply.

Web / Graphic Designer

The person will be responsible for assisting in the creation of compelling email advertisements, the design and implementation of custom Web pages, mock-ups and sketches, and the production of sales collateral including brochures, newsletters, presentations and templates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Designer in the design and development of marketing collateral.
  • Assist in designing and producing a wide variety of print projects with varying color requirements (ads, brochures, annual reports, newsletters, tradeshow materials, etc.).
  • Assist in designing and maintaining website.
  • Develop HTML e-mails.
  • Develop and maintain image library and organized library of all marketing graphic files.
  • Prepare final layouts for printers.
  • Check proofs.
  • Prepare project print specification documentation.
  • Adhere to Corporate and Marketing processes, procedures and brand guidelines.

EVENTS Executive – MICE2RM (2 positions)
Key Responsibilities:

  • To organize, plan and execute events, activities and promotions.
  • Arrange event venue booking and logistics.
  • To liaise with officials and people in charge to ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • To follow up with the participants, enrollment and registration for seminars.
  • Provide support to the servicing team.
  • Willing to work long hours including weekends and holidays when necessary.
  • To be able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Mobile and flexible - willing to travel and posses own transport.
  • Database coordination – developing and maintaining a database.

The right candidate should possess:

  • Strong research and writing skills are required for preparation of proposals.
  • Enthusiastic, ambitious and proactive, with a desire to take ownership of responsibilities and drive results.
  • Independent, able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Highly adaptive & have good communication skills.
  • Should be able to converse fluently in English, Malay and Chinese.
